The playbook read it before the session, not during it

  1. Show up only in a window

    London or New York. Outside those hours, stand down.

  2. Read the H4 bias

    Higher highs and higher lows means longs only. Lower highs and lower lows means shorts only.

  3. Wait for the pullback

    Let price return to a clean H4 level that agrees with the bias. Chasing is how the stop gets hit.

  4. Wait for the trigger

    On M15: an engulfing candle or a micro-structure break in your direction. That is the green light.

  5. Stop beyond the swing

    Just past the level that proves you wrong, roughly 1.5 × M15 ATR so ordinary noise cannot reach it.

  6. Fixed reward multiple

    Target 2R by default, trimmed to just short of the next opposing level. Move to break even at 1R if you must touch it.

  7. Small size, hard limits

    Risk 0.5–1%. Three trades a day maximum. Two losses and the desk closes. No setup means no trade.
